US to Copa America

A report has come that has received an invitation for the Copa America in Venezuela scheduled for 2007. Gulati has said he is going to make a decision, which will probably be based on the new US coach, and maybe Don Garber, as MLS players may be gone for up to 2 1/2 months for Gold Cup and Copa America Duties. This will be a great chance to play in a truly competitive tournament, while facing top-class opponent's (with the exception of Bolivia). Let's see what effects this tournament should have on the US MNT, should they decide to go.
